This post features an updated version of the Scented Garden painted pedestal lavatory. Unfortunately we can’t get the St Thomas Arlington pedestals anymore so we had to switch the fixture to the one shown here, the Barclay Vicki Pedestal. It’s quite a large lavatory with a substantial leg to support it, measuring 22″ wide  19″ deep x 36″ high. It’s available on our website, decoratedbathroom.com and is made by hand in the USA and kiln-fired for ever-lasting durability. The design will not fade out or wear off with proper care.

The Scented Garden is one of our most popular and versatile hand painted sink designs. It’s decorated with bouquets of flowers… roses, tulips, violets, daisies, iris, poppies, chrysanthemums, morning glory, cornflowers, a few butterflies and a ladybug or bee! All the beautiful colors in the design look great with in any powder room, guest bath or master bathroom.

From this perspective, you can see how the flowers go all the way around the bowl. There is a purple butterfly on the right side on the rim, and a ladybug, which you can’t see in this photo, near the overflow drain on the front. It’s also highlighted with a pretty gray hummingbird which has a nice green head and ruby-red throat. It’s the perfect addition to a Victorian renovation for a bathroom or powder room, and can also be purchased in two smaller sizes on our website, Scented Garden Petite Traditional Pedestal.
